Loch Katrine is located on the southern edge of the Highlands.
Access is by road via the A821 from Aberfoyle for Trossachs Pier or the B829 for Stronachlachar.
Parking for coaches and cars is available at both Trossachs Pier and Stronachlachar.
The road to Glengyle House is accessed from  Stronachlachar. It is closed to cars unless a special permit is obtained.
