Note: the pages may not be in order as there are some loose sheets in the original. The complete list is made up of a roll of linen some 66ft long onto which the sheets of paper relating to this declaration have been glued and/or attached. The linen is so rolled that the end has become the beginning. Consequently the transcription is given in order sheet by sheet as the roll unfolded, except for the final 750 names, which appear to include repetitions from within the roll and seem to have been deliberately ordered. These 750 names are presented in their original numerical order even though they go over several sheets in the original.
