The Gathering, Edinburgh, 2009
Come to the Gathering of the Clans in Edinburgh from 24th – 26th July, 2009, to celebrate the year of Homecoming Scotland. The Clan Gregor Society will be taking part in this unique event and we need to know, now, if you wish to register for a place at the Gathering in Edinburgh and a place on our own Gathering which will follow events in Edinburgh.

Clan Gregor DNA study Press Release
This was issued to the media in Scotland by Professor Richard McGregor, Clan Gregor Society chairman.
At the Council meeting held on Friday June 8th 2007, the Clan Gregor Society of Scotland agreed that it will, from this point onwards, accept into full membership of the Society individuals with ANY surname who can show, through DNA testing, that they have a DNA signature which matches, at the accepted degrees of mutational difference, that of the main MacGregor DNA signature.

2007 Clan Gathering, Annual General Meeting, and Lochearnhead Highland Games
Last year's Gathering, including a visit to the Lochearnhead Highland Games, was such a success that this year it's been extended to four full days!
